OBINRIN Marketplace – Vendor Terms & Conditions

These Vendor Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between OBINRIN Global Venture Limited ("OBINRIN", "we", "our", "us") and all vendors ("Vendor", "you", "your") who register, list products or services, and sell on the OBINRIN marketplace. By registering as a vendor on OBINRIN, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


1. Eligibility


Vendors must be at least 18 years old.

Vendors must operate a legitimate business providing women-focused products and/or services.

Vendors must provide accurate and complete business and personal information during registration.

2. Vendor Account & Responsibilities


Vendors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.

Vendors must ensure that all product listings, service descriptions, prices, and images are accurate and not misleading.

Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and fulfillment of their products or services.

3. Products & Services Guidelines


Only women-focused products and services approved by OBINRIN may be listed.


Prohibited Items

Prohibited items include illegal goods, counterfeit items, expired products, pharmaceuticals (unless approved), and restricted items under Nigerian law.

4. Pricing & Commission


Vendors set their own prices for products and services.

OBINRIN charges:

7% commission on physical products

5% commission on services

Commission is deducted automatically from each completed transaction.

OBINRIN reserves the right to remove any listing that violates platform rules or applicable laws.

5. Payments & Payouts


Customer payments are processed through OBINRIN's approved payment gateway.

Vendors receive payouts after successful order completion or service delivery.

OBINRIN is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or incorrect vendor bank details.

6. Order Fulfillment & Service Delivery


Vendors must fulfill orders and deliver services within the timelines stated on their listings.

Vendors are responsible for logistics, service execution, and customer communication unless otherwise stated.

Failure to fulfill orders may result in penalties, suspension, or removal from the platform.

7. Returns, Refunds & Disputes


Vendors must clearly state their return and refund policies.

In the event of disputes, OBINRIN may intervene to mediate between vendors and customers.

OBINRIN reserves the right to issue refunds where necessary to protect platform integrity.

8. Intellectual Property


Vendors retain ownership of their brand, content, and intellectual property.

Vendors grant OBINRIN a non-exclusive right to use product images, logos, and descriptions for marketing and platform promotion.

9. Compliance & Legal Obligations


Vendors must comply with all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations.

Vendors are responsible for taxes, levies, and statutory obligations arising from their sales.

10. Suspension & Termination


OBINRIN may suspend or terminate a vendor account if rules are violated or unethical practices are detected.

Vendors may also request account termination by written notice.

11. Limitation of Liability


OBINRIN shall not be liable for vendor losses, profit loss, or business interruption.

OBINRIN shall not be liable for customer misuse of products or services.

OBINRIN shall not be liable for logistics or third-party service failures.

12. Amendments


OBINRIN reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Vendors will be notified of material changes.

13. Governing Law


This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
